The following item(s) is suggested to be dealt with under the above legislation. To comply with the Act the following resolution needs to be passed:
“The reports are exempt not for publication by virtue of paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972. Having regard to all the circumstances, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information because the information is currently not finalised and releasing it at this stage could artificially impact upon third party commercial interests."
