Rose was born and raised in the Harborough District before going to university to study politics. She has a passion for environmental causes and sustainability.
She has worked for local authorities, including Harborough District Council, in housing and homeless. She has also worked for a local charity. Now she works in the policy team at a national trade body for housing professionals.
