I was born in Lutterworth and attended the local schools, joining the railway industry just over 25 years ago. I'm an active trade unionist and serve on my union's National Executive Committee. Although having moved around the country with my job I've always considered Lutterworth my home. Moving back to the ward in 2017 gives me first hand experience of the issues affecting our community. In my spare time you may find me at the King Power Stadium with my season ticket at Leicester city. I also enjoy travelling, DIY and spending time with my family.
