Cllr Graves is married with two teenage children that attend local schools. He was also a Parish Councillor between 2011 and 2016. Between 2007 and 2010 he chaired the Broughton Astley Business Forum. A Chartered Accountant, Cllr Graves has worked for a large number of large, medium and smaller businesses in the local area, the wider region, and also in London for a few years. Since 2003 he has run his own accountancy business from Broughton Astley. When not sat in front of a computer or attending a council meeting, he likes swimming, hill walking, and binge-watching great TV series.
