Community Forums assist in developing links with all sections of the community including other bodies and agencies operating in Harborough District. They assist the community in making their views and aspirations known to the Council so the Council can take these fully into account. They assist the Council in consulting with its communities on key issues which will affect them and they monitor the performance and impact of other bodies and agencies operating in Harborough on the community.
